This is different from the registered office. For a return, use the returns portal or contact us for instructions. If collecting an order, wait for confirmation and agree arrangements before travelling.
We primarily supply parts for professional repair businesses. Please give accurate account details and tell us the actual purpose of your purchase. Anyone ordering for a business must have authority to do so.
A person’s consumer status depends on whether they are acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Creating an account, using a business name, having previous orders or ticking a trade declaration does not by itself determine that status.
Business-specific benefits and voluntary warranty conditions apply as described. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Check the device model, part specification, compatibility and selected variant before ordering. Contact us if anything is unclear. Product images are a guide; the description and agreed specification form part of what we supply.
Parts are intended for professional repair work. Follow appropriate repair procedures and the product’s instructions. The conditions for our additional trade warranty, including professional fitting and evidence of fitting, are set out in our returns and warranty policy. They do not replace statutory rights.
Check the basket, quantities, variant, address, delivery option and total before submitting an order. Quick order, search add-to-basket and Buy again help you select products; you should still review the current specification, availability and price.
The website indicates whether a displayed price includes or excludes VAT. Your checkout shows the tax, delivery charge, discounts and total payable. Payment methods are those available for your order at checkout.
We send an order acknowledgement when your order is received. If we identify a stock, price, payment or information problem, we will contact you to agree how to proceed. We will not substitute a materially different product or impose an extra charge without your agreement. If we cannot supply an order and cancel it, any payment for the cancelled goods will be returned.
Tell us promptly if an order needs changing. We cannot guarantee an amendment after packing or dispatch has begun. Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain available.
Keep your login details secure and account contact information current. Tell us about suspected unauthorised use. Trade benefits apply only when your account qualifies and you are signed in where required.
Any trade credit facility is subject to the account terms separately agreed with you, including the payment due date. It is not created simply by registering an account. An account on credit hold may be prevented from placing an order until the issue is resolved; contact us for help.
Returns credit may be applied where available and eligible. Review the final checkout total to confirm that a credit or discount has been accepted. An error message, an eligibility display or a payment calculation does not itself confirm payment, settle an invoice or apply credit.
Our delivery policy explains cut-offs, trade delivery benefits, Add to Order and collection. Availability is confirmed for the individual order.
Our returns and warranty policy explains voluntary trade returns, account credit, warranty cover and applicable consumer cancellation and faulty-goods remedies. Read it before buying. An additional warranty does not replace legal rights.
The Screen Surgery is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the original device manufacturers simply because their products or brands are mentioned on this website.
Trademarks and brand names, including but not limited to Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Samsung and Galaxy, belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of those third-party marks.
References such as “for iPhone” or “for Samsung” identify compatibility. They do not, by themselves, mean that a part is manufactured, authorised or warranted by the device manufacturer.
Read the individual listing for the part’s stated brand, range, condition and specification. Do not assume that every replacement part has the same origin or characteristics. If a listing is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Our advertised parts warranties are explained in our returns and warranty policy. A reference to a device brand does not create a warranty from that brand owner.
This explanation does not limit our responsibility for accurate product descriptions or remove your applicable statutory rights.
If you believe a product description or use of a brand is inaccurate, email sales@thescreensurgery.com with the page link and details so we can review it.
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another customer or misuse another person’s information. Our website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
We may maintain, improve or temporarily suspend website features. If a feature fails, contact us so we can help with your order. A website or third-party service problem does not remove our obligations for an order already placed.
We remain responsible for meeting the obligations we have to you under the contract and applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Warranty exclusions for installation damage, misuse or accidental damage apply only as described in the returns policy. They do not provide a blanket exclusion for defective goods or for our own breach of contract. Any separate business terms must be expressly agreed and enforceable under applicable law.
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used. Agreeing to sales terms does not, by itself, consent to optional cookies or marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing without losing access to order support.
Please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate and respond. Your legal remedies are not conditional on accepting account credit or using a particular online portal.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For consumers, this does not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable.
We may update these terms for future purchases. A change will not retrospectively reduce the rights, agreed price or warranty supplied with an existing order. Keep your order confirmation and a copy of the terms that applied when you bought.
