Order Cut Off

All orders dispatched same day on your chosen delivery method, if placed before 4:45pm for DPD and before 3:45pm for Royal Mail. These cut offs are subject to change so please check the website header before you order which will show the days order cut off times.

Free Shipping Thresholds (Mainland UK)

Under £100: Standard Delivery £4.95 Premium Delivery £6.95

£100 and Over: Standard Delivery Free Premium Delivery £6.95

£300 and Over: Standard Delviery Free Premium Delivery Free

Next Day

Please note "Next Day" services mean next working day. A normal DPD Next Day or Royal Mail 24H placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. If you require Saturday shipping please use our DPD Saturday or Royal Mail Special shipping options.

Add Order

Add order is available for orders that have not already been collected by the courier. If your order has been collected by DPD or Royal Mail and you place an add order, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your account credit. If you are a first time customer and use the ADDORDER code we will request payment for shipping, if this is not  paid we will cancel and refund the order.

Couriers

We will do our best to ship your order with your selected courier service. If you order after cut off for your selected courier, or in the rare occasions a courier collects early or not at all, we will move your parcel onto a different service to ensure it still gets same day despatch - giving the parcel the best chance of being delivered next day. If you order after the final cut off of the day, we will despatch your order the next day.

After despatch your chosen courier will deliver the parcel to you. On the rare occasion there are delays please contact them to get updates. We can contact DPD for you on request but we aren't responsible for delays if we despatch your order on time. We will do our very best to resolve any issues with couriers and get your parcel to you as fast as possible.
