Our no hassle returns policy means that you can return our parts for a full credit whether the part was faulty or not. No restocking fee, no hassle. We do this as we know how frustrating it is when customers cancel or when they fail to show up with the device. 

All of our parts come with a lifetime warranty. Our aftermarket parts come with a full warranty even with LCD/OLED breakage, as long as the outer glass is in tact we will accept the return.

With our genuine parts we also offer grading discounts and returns. If you are not happy with our grading we will offer a discount on the spot without having to return. This means you can pass that on to your customer or, if they are happy with the quality, make that extra margin for yourself. 

We understand that you wouldn't be trying to return something if there wasn't anything wrong with the part. That's why we never argue with returns and credit as soon as they get back to us. Allowing you to get a replacement, and keep your customer happy.
