How to use Store Credit

We use a store credit system to process returns. On the day your return comes back to us we will issue the credit to your account. The credit will go onto the account with the email address of your last order. Or if you used our Returns Manager, the email you entered when processing the return.

To use your store credit you need to be logged in with the same email you used to process the return. If you would like to transfer credit to a different email please get in touch at sales@thescreensurgery.com.

Credit can be used by creating your basket them pressing the Store Credit button on the far right of the screen, shown below.

From there you can follow the instructions to use your store credit. You can also see how much credit you have and your full credit history.
