So last month, we heard some rumours that Apple were considering a new version of the iPhone 5c; aptly to be named the 6c. The idea being to create a lower cost entry level phone for consumers; much like the 5c. There were all sorts of explanations to making a smaller phone. The female demographic (with notably smaller hands) would have been an easy sell with a smaller mobile; and of course a plastic shell and downgraded technology would have allowed a lower base price.
However, the new testing data suggested that there are only two models of the next generation iPhone being tested for September release. With the iPhone 6c certainly not to take the place of the 4.7 inch 6s model and the 5.5 inch 6s Plus; we don’t think there is to be a 6c release this year.
Sorry about that.
